Q&A: Recommended Parameters, Monte Carlo Calculation
| Q: | In Recommended Parameters dialog the default setting of beam energy is 25kV, can we change this default setting? |

| A: | Yes, you can. We've measured recommended parameters in range of 10kV-40kV (as you can see in dialog). We don't have device with large acceleration voltage. But we did simulations in more wide range (up to 100 kV) and the results conform to proximity function data present in dialog. |
