Off-site pattern design. I would like to be able to design in my office or at home rather then in microscope room. What do I need for that?
A:
You can install NanoMaker on any other computer and use it to design your patterns. All editor functions will work without restrictions. Created patterns can be saved to GDB file without limits and thus can be transferred to other computers.
The built-in emulators of Pattern Generator and Stage can be useful at off-site training to many other procedures.
A number of data preparation functions will not work without dongle. Among of them: export, proximity correction, development simulation, postprocessing.
If need these functions for off-line work you can purchase the NanoMaker-Workbench license additionally.
